Delivery time:

Our products are sent via the mail order company DHL and we deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom (UK) and Sweden. We try to process and deliver your products as soon as possible after receipt of the order:

The delivery time is 2-4 working days.

Postage costs:

Shipping costs within NL is a fixed low amount of €1.99. Orders above €50 are shipped for free.

Returns:

It may happen that you want to return an order from KMDB due to one or the other reason . Perhaps, you have the all right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the direct costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website or your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at webshop@kmdb-clothing.com .We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

When returning, please note that:

• it is not a custom-made product.
• that we appreciate that you send or take the original packaging with you
• you send (a copy of) the delivery note of the product.
• that we appreciate that the product is not damaged and/or visibly used
